Cest bien connu, la Bretagne est en France la terre du punk-rock. Originaire d'Hennebont (56), No Restrictions confirme plus que jamais la règle. Donnant dans le pop-punk influencé par les grosses pointures américaines comme Blink-182, Motion City Soundtrack ou New Found Glory, le groupe composé de Romano au chant et guitare, Jo à la basse et Yan à la batterie est déjà fort dune bonne expérience musicale.
Le groupe a en effet enregistré à la maison sa première démo de 12 titres en avril 2004, remportant un franc succès local qui les conduit à réenregistrer trois titres pour démarcher les labels. No Restrictions enregistre dans la foulée son premier maxi Waiting For Better Days au LOKO Studio de Guillaume André (M-Sixteen, Full Screen, My Pollux).
Elu démo du mois de mars dans le ROCK ONE Vol.19, ce EP na malheureusement pas atterrit dans les bacs, car le premier album est déjà en préparation. Les titres sont néanmoins disponibles sur internet et sur les samplers des magazines spécialisés, notamment Another Basic Break-up Song dans le ROCK ONE Vol.20, Undecided dans le ROCK YOU Juillet/Aout 2006.
Côté scène, le groupe a déjà effectué une tournée dune dizaine de dates en avril 2006 et fait des premières parties prestigieuses pour Motion City Soundtrack, Goldfinger, OK Go, Silverstein... L'aventure ne fait donc que commencer

It's well known that Brittany is the land of Punk-Rock in France. Originating from Hennebont (56), No Restrictions never conform to the rule. Influenced by American pop-punk bands such as Blink 182, Motion City Soundtrack and New Found Glory. The quartet comprised of Romano - vocals and guitar, Jo on bass, Mickaël on keyboard and Yan on the drums, already have a strong musical experience.
The group recorded their first 12 track demo at home in April 2004. This had success at a local level, which driven them to re-record three tracks to send to record labels. No Restrictions recorded their highly anticipated "Waiting For Better Days" at Guillaume André's LOKO Studio (M-Sixteen, Full Screen, My Pollux).
They were "demo of the month" in ROCK ONE Vol.19. The first album is already being prepared. The tracks are available on the internet and on samplers of magazines, Another Basic Break-Up Song was in ROCK ONE Vol.20 and Undecided in ROCK YOU July/August 2006.
No Restrictions has already toured France with 12 dates in April 2006 and in fact supported Motion City Soundtrack, Goldfinger, OK Go! and Silverstein.
The adventure has only just started!
